Requirements:

  1. Modeling Techniques: Skill in both organic (human and creature) and hard-surface (props, weapons) modeling.
  2. Texturing & UV Mapping: Ability to create realistic textures and properly map them to a 3D model’s surface.
  3. Mesh Topology: Understanding of edge loops and mesh flow for animation and performance optimization.
  4. PBR Workflows: Knowledge of physically based rendering (PBR) and how to optimize models for real-time engines.
  5. Hair & Cloth Simulation: Ability to create realistic hair using various methods and prepare models for cloth physics.
  6. Creativity & Character Design: Ability to interpret 2D concepts and create characters in various art styles with a focus on original design.
  7. natomy & Form: A deep, thorough understanding of human anatomy, proportions, and structure to create believable characters.
